Cancellation & Returns
Fair, predictable policies for cancellations, returns, and refunds — aligned with how leading marketplaces protect buyers and sellers.
Order cancellation
You can cancel eligible orders from My Orders before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation may not be available; refuse delivery or initiate a return after delivery as per policy.
Return window
For return-eligible items, the return window and conditions are shown on the product page and order details. Open-box, hygiene, and certain electronics categories may have stricter rules.
How to return
Start a return from your order: choose the item, reason, and preferred pickup or drop-off option where supported. Keep the product unused with tags and accessories as applicable.
Non-returnable items
Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene, personalization, or digital licensing. This is communicated before purchase where applicable. Defective or wrong items may still qualify for replacement or refund under consumer rules.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible. For COD or certain cases, refunds may be issued to a bank account you verify with us. You'll receive an email or SMS when the refund is initiated; posting time depends on banks and payment networks.
